It’s easy to replace or manage a damaged or lost card right from your account.

How to activate, lock, or request new cards

Confirm address

Before requesting a new card, please confirm the address we have on file is correct.

  • Select the Savings tab.

  • Select Manage card under Manage Your Card.

  • Activate, lock, unlock or request new cards for each card associated with your account.

Delivery Timeline
New debit cards typically take 5-10 business days to be delivered.
